面向智慧海洋的可靠可信通信与组网关键技术研究
Research on reliable and trusted communication and networking for intelligent maritime systems
摘要
安全可信、稳定可靠的海域通信系统是智慧海洋建设的基础,也是支撑发展海洋经济等国家战略的关键。海洋感知业务向着多样化、智能化和立体化发展,对海域通信系统的稳健度、组网灵活性和安全性提出了更高要求,亟需解决抗干扰传输、高可信灵活组网、空天海一体化安全等难题。为此,本申请拟在已有研究的基础上,突破面向智慧海洋的可靠可信通信与组网关键技术,包括:
1)提出面向海上和水下等恶劣环境的稳健通信技术,解决抗干扰通信性能受限难题;
2)构建面向差异化智慧海洋业务需求的海域柔性可信组网方法,提高海域组网灵活性及可信度;
3)建立空天海一体化安全通信模型,提出立体保密通信机制,实现复杂态势下的安全通信组网,进而建立海域电子对抗博弈模型并揭示其均衡机理,突破安全性能分析难题;
4)研制仿真与硬件平台,演示验证关键技术性能提升。
本项目将推动空天海一体化安全通信组网技术发展,为建设智慧海洋通信系统提供理论依据和技术参考。
Abstract
Secure, trusted, stable and reliable maritime communication systems are the foundation to construct intelligent maritime systems and the key infrastructure to support the national strategy to develop marine economy. The development of the booming and intelligent 3-D maritime sensing services requires more robustness, networking flexibility, and security for maritime communication systems. Therefore, this project aims to propose the key technology of reliable and trusted communication and networking for intelligent maritime systems based on the existing work.
1) We will propose a robust communication scheme for deteriorated marine and underwater environments to improve the communication performance against jamming and interference.
2) We will design a flexible and trusted maritime networking method to support variable maritime services and improve the networking performance.
3) We will build a communication security model for the integration of space, air and maritime, propose a 3-D secure communication scheme to implement secure communication and networking in complicated situations, formulate the maritime security game, and reveal the equilibria to analyze the security performance.
4) We will design a simulation system and a hardware platform to demonstrate and verify the performance gain of the proposed techniques.
This project will help develop secure communication and networking technologies for the integration of space, air, and maritime, and provide fundamental theories and techniques to develop intelligent maritime communication systems.
